تَذْهَبُ نُورَةُ مَعَ أُمِّهَا إِلَى السُّوقِ كُلَّ أُسْبُوعٍ. السُّوقُ كَبِيرٌ وَفِيهِ مَحَلَّاتٌ كَثِيرَةٌ. أُمُّهَا تَشْتَرِي الْخُضَارَ وَالْفَوَاكِهَ مِنَ الْبَائِعِ. نُورَةُ تُحِبُّ التُّفَّاحَ الْأَحْمَرَ وَالْمَوْزَ الْأَصْفَرَ. تَسْأَلُ نُورَةُ الْبَائِعَ عَنْ سِعْرِ الْبُرْتُقَالِ. الْبَائِعُ رَجُلٌ لَطِيفٌ وَيَبْتَسِمُ دَائِمًا. تَدْفَعُ الْأُمُّ وَتَحْمِلُ نُورَةُ الْأَكْيَاسَ. تَرْجِعَانِ إِلَى الْبَيْتِ وَالْأَكْيَاسُ مَلْآنَةٌ بِالطَّعَامِ.
Noura goes with her mother to the market every week. The market is big and has many shops. Her mother buys vegetables and fruits from the vendor. Noura likes red apples and yellow bananas. Noura asks the vendor about the price of oranges. The vendor is a nice man and always smiles. The mother pays and Noura carries the bags. They go back home and the bags are full of food.
