Signed-in users can export saved vocabulary as a CSV from the Word Bank. This is not a complete account export.
Delete your account
You can delete your account from Account settings. This deletes active app data tied to your account as described below.

1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly when creating an account or contacting us, such as your name, email address, and message content. We also collect learning data needed to run the product, including texts you have read, saved vocabulary, quiz results, and reading progress.
2. Technical And Security Data
We may collect technical data such as approximate IP address, browser type, request IDs, error logs, and performance information to monitor security, diagnose failures, and improve service reliability.
3. Payments
Nusoos is currently free during beta. If payments are enabled in the future, checkout, payment processing, taxes, and invoices will be handled by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store raw card numbers or raw payment details. We may store subscription IDs, entitlement status, and webhook event records needed to operate paid accounts.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide the service, save progress, operate authentication, prevent abuse, respond to support messages, process subscriptions if enabled, improve the product, and comply with legal obligations.
5. Legal Basis For Processing
We process data based on performance of the service you requested, legitimate interests in security and product improvement, consent for optional communications, and legal obligations where they apply.
6. Cookies And Local Storage
We use essential cookies for authentication and preferences such as theme and language. The app may use browser local storage for preferences or local learning data. We do not use advertising cookies.
7. Third-Party Services
We use Supabase for authentication and database services, Vercel for hosting, analytics, and performance insights, Lemon Squeezy for payments if enabled, Sentry for error monitoring if enabled, and Plausible for analytics if enabled. Each provider processes data under its own policies. We do not sell your personal data.
8. Data Retention And Deletion
We keep account data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. When you delete your account, active app data tied to your account, such as progress, saved vocabulary, quiz results, and linked subscriptions, is deleted. Backups, security logs, payment records, or legal records may remain for a limited period where operationally or legally necessary.
9. Your Rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data where applicable. For privacy questions or data requests, contact privacy@nusoos.com. We will review and respond to requests according to applicable law.
10. Children's Privacy
Nusoos is an educational platform. If applicable law requires parental consent for younger users, the service should be used with parent or guardian consent and supervision. If you believe a child provided personal data without appropriate consent, please contact us.
11. Changes To This Policy
We may update this policy when the product, service providers, or legal requirements change. The latest version will always be available on this page, and we will try to notify registered users of material changes when appropriate.
