By using the Nusoos platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to the terms, please do not use the platform.
2. Account And Eligibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password, and for providing accurate and up-to-date information. If you use the service on behalf of a younger user, you represent that you have the required authority or consent.
3. Educational Content
Nusoos provides educational materials for learning Arabic reading. Content is for learning purposes and does not guarantee a specific learning outcome. We may add, change, or remove texts and exercises during beta.
4. License And Intellectual Property
All texts, educational materials, and interfaces on the platform are protected by intellectual property rights. You may use the content for personal educational purposes only. You may not copy, republish, sell, or train models on the content without prior written permission.
5. Pricing And Payments
Nusoos is currently free during beta. If paid plans are introduced in the future, price and terms will be shown before checkout. No charges will be applied without your explicit consent. Checkout, invoices, and taxes will be handled by Lemon Squeezy as payment provider/merchant of record where applicable.
6. Subscriptions, Cancellation, And Refunds
When subscriptions are enabled, renewal, cancellation, and refund details will be governed by the terms shown at checkout, Lemon Squeezy policies, and applicable law. We will provide access to subscription management or a suitable support path before paid plans launch.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful or harmful purpose, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, disrupt the service, scrape content at scale, or abuse APIs or accounts.
8. Support Messages And Feedback
You can contact us through the contact form or published email addresses. We do not provide a guaranteed service level or response time unless agreed in writing. We may use feedback to improve the product without owing compensation.
9. Disclaimer
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or available without interruption at all times.
10. Limitation Of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, loss of data, or lost profits arising from use of the platform or inability to use it.
11. Changes To Terms
We may update these terms when the product or legal requirements change. The latest version will be available on this page, and we will try to notify registered users of material changes when appropriate.
