Arabic coffee is an important part of Arab culture. People drink it at every occasion, whether happy or sad. To prepare Arabic coffee, you need green coffee beans, cardamom, and a little saffron. First, you roast the coffee beans over a low flame, then grind them well. After that, you boil the water and add the ground coffee and cardamom. You let the coffee boil for a few minutes, then pour it into the coffee pot. The coffee is served in small cups without sugar. It is polite to drink at least three cups when the host offers it to you.
