أَحْمَدُ يَعْرِضُ مَجْمُوعَتَهُ فِي مِصْرَاتَةَ

أَحْمَدُ رَجُلٌ مِنْ لِيبْيَا، وَهِوَايَتُهُ جَمْعُ الْأَشْيَاءِ الْقَدِيمَةِ. بَدَأَ هِوَايَتَهُ قَبْلَ ثَلَاثٍ وَعِشْرِينَ سَنَةً. وَالْيَوْمَ عِنْدَهُ أَكْثَرُ مِنْ ٤٥٠٠ قِطْعَةٍ! جَمَعَ أَحْمَدُ قِطَعَهُ مِنْ مُدُنٍ كَثِيرَةٍ فِي لِيبْيَا. وَبَعْضُهَا مِنْ لُبْنَانَ وَتُونِسَ وَالْأُرْدُنِّ وَمِصْرَ. بَعْضُ الْقِطَعِ مِنْ أَيَّامِ الْعُثْمَانِيِّينَ، وَبَعْضُهَا مِنْ أَيَّامِ الْإِيطَالِيِّينَ، وَبَعْضُهَا مِنْ أَيَّامِ الْمَلِكِ إِدْرِيسَ. وَفَتَحَ أَحْمَدُ مَحَلًّا فِي مَدِينَةِ مِصْرَاتَةَ، اسْمُهُ «السَّقِيفَةُ». فِي الْمَحَلِّ، يَعْرِضُ أَحْمَدُ مَجْمُوعَتَهُ لِلنَّاسِ. يَقُولُ: جَمَعْتُ هَذِهِ الْأَشْيَاءَ وَحْدِي. أَرَدْتُ أَنْ أَجْمَعَ أَكْبَرَ مَجْمُوعَةٍ، لِأَحْفَظَ تُرَاثَنَا. وَأُرِيدُ أَنْ يَعْرِفَ النَّاسُ تَارِيخَهُمْ. يَزُورُ الْمَحَلَّ نَاسٌ مِنْ مِصْرَاتَةَ، وَيَرَوْنَ فِيهِ أَشْيَاءَ كَثِيرَةً. يَقُولُ مُحَمَّدُ فَاضِلٍ، وَهُوَ زَائِرٌ: مَحَلٌّ مِثْلُ هَذَا نَادِرٌ فِي لِيبْيَا. الْآنَ، لَا يَبِيعُ أَحْمَدُ شَيْئًا، فَهُوَ يُرِيدُ أَنْ يَعْرِضَ مَجْمُوعَتَهُ لِنَاسٍ كَثِيرِينَ. بَعْدَ أَشْهُرٍ، رُبَّمَا يَبِيعُ أَحْمَدُ بَعْضَ الْقِطَعِ، وَيَشْتَرِي قِطَعًا جَدِيدَةً.

Ahmed is a man from Libya, and his hobby is collecting old things. He started his hobby twenty-three years ago. And today he has more than 4,500 pieces! Ahmed collected his pieces from many cities in Libya. And some of them are from Lebanon, Tunisia, Jordan and Egypt. Some pieces are from the days of the Ottomans, some are from the days of the Italians, and some are from the days of King Idris. And Ahmed opened a shop in the city of Misrata, called “Al-Sakeefa”. In the shop, Ahmed shows his collection to people. He says: I collected these things on my own. I wanted to collect the biggest collection, to keep our heritage. And I want people to know their history. People from Misrata visit the shop, and they see many things in it. Mohamed Fadil, a visitor, says: a shop like this is rare in Libya. For now, Ahmed sells nothing: he wants to show his collection to many people. In a few months, Ahmed may sell some pieces and buy new pieces.
