فِي الرِّيَاضِ، سَيَكُونُ فِي «بَانُورَامَا مُولْ» جِهَازٌ جَدِيدٌ لِلْكُتُبِ. اسْمُ الْجِهَازِ «الْمُنَاوِلُ»، وَهُوَ مَكْتَبَةٌ صَغِيرَةٌ ذَاتِيَّةُ الْخِدْمَةِ. يَعْنِي ذَلِكَ أَنَّ الْقَارِئَ يَأْخُذُ الْكِتَابَ بِنَفْسِهِ، بِدُونِ مُوَظَّفٍ. وَالْجِهَازُ جُزْءٌ مِنْ مَشْرُوعٍ لِهَيْئَةِ الْمَكْتَبَاتِ السُّعُودِيَّةِ، لِاسْتِعَارَةِ الْكُتُبِ وَإِرْجَاعِهَا. وَالْفِكْرَةُ بَسِيطَةٌ: يَسْتَطِيعُ النَّاسُ أَنْ يَسْتَعِيرُوا الْكُتُبَ وَيُرْجِعُوهَا فِي الْمَرْكَزِ التِّجَارِيِّ. مَثَلًا، تَذْهَبُ إِلَى الْمَرْكَزِ لِتَشْتَرِيَ مَلَابِسَ، وَتَرْجِعُ وَمَعَكَ كِتَابٌ! وَهَدَفُ الْمَشْرُوعِ تَشْجِيعُ الْقِرَاءَةِ فِي الْمَمْلَكَةِ. فَالْمَرَاكِزُ التِّجَارِيَّةُ أَمَاكِنُ يَزُورُهَا نَاسٌ كَثِيرُونَ. وَاسْمُ «الْمُنَاوِلِ» قَدِيمٌ جِدًّا. فَفِي بَغْدَادَ، قَبْلَ أَكْثَرَ مِنْ أَلْفِ سَنَةٍ، كَانَتْ هُنَاكَ مَكْتَبَةٌ كَبِيرَةٌ اسْمُهَا «بَيْتُ الْحِكْمَةِ». وَكَانَ اسْمُهَا أَيْضًا «الْمَكْتَبَةَ الْكُبْرَى». وَكَانَ «الْمُنَاوِلُ» مُوَظَّفًا فِي هَذِهِ الْمَكْتَبَةِ، يُنَاوِلُ الْقُرَّاءَ الْكُتُبَ. وَمَعْنَى «الْمُنَاوِلِ»: الَّذِي يُعْطِي الشَّيْءَ بِيَدِهِ. وَكَانَتْ هَذِهِ الْمَكْتَبَةُ مُهِمَّةً جِدًّا لِنَشْرِ الْعِلْمِ وَالْمَعْرِفَةِ. وَالْيَوْمَ، يَعُودُ هَذَا الِاسْمُ الْقَدِيمُ فِي مَشْرُوعٍ جَدِيدٍ لِلْكُتُبِ. وَقَالَ مُحَمَّدٌ الرُّوَيْلِيُّ، مِنْ مَرْكَزٍ ثَقَافِيٍّ، إِنَّ الْمَشْرُوعَ سَيَصِلُ إِلَى صَالَاتِ الْمَطَارَاتِ وَالْمَرَاكِزِ الْكَبِيرَةِ. وَيَتَوَقَّعُ أَنْ يَسْتَعْمِلَهُ الشَّبَابُ أَكْثَرَ مِنْ غَيْرِهِمْ. فَهَلْ تَسْتَعِيرُ كِتَابًا فِي زِيَارَتِكَ الْقَادِمَةِ لِلْمَرْكَزِ؟
