طَه الْخَضُورِيّ مِنَ الرُّسْتَاقِ فِي عُمَانَ، وَعُمْرُهُ ثَلَاثُونَ سَنَةً. هُوَ يُحِبُّ كُرَةَ الْقَدَمِ، وَيَجْمَعُ قُمْصَانَ الْمُنْتَخَبَاتِ. عِنْدَهُ أَكْثَرُ مِنْ مِئَتَيْنِ وَعَشَرَةِ قُمْصَانٍ مِنْ كُلِّ الْعَالَمِ. بَدَأَ حُبُّهُ لِكُرَةِ الْقَدَمِ وَهُوَ فِي الْخَامِسَةِ مِنْ عُمْرِهِ. وَفِي يَوْمٍ، جَاءَتْهُ هَدِيَّةٌ: قَمِيصُ مُنْتَخَبِ الْبَرَازِيلِ. الْهَدِيَّةُ مِنْ أَحْمَد مُفْتَاح، وَهُوَ إِعْلَامِيٌّ مِنْ قَطَرَ. يَقُولُ طَه: هَذَا الْقَمِيصُ غَيَّرَ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ. وَيَقُولُ: الْقُمْصَانُ لَيْسَتْ قُمَاشًا فَقَطْ، هِيَ رُمُوزٌ لِلْبُلْدَانِ وَقِصَصِهَا. لِكُلِّ قَمِيصٍ أَلْوَانٌ وَشِعَارٌ، وَلِكُلِّ قَمِيصٍ قِصَّةٌ. وَجَدَ طَه بَعْضَ الْقُمْصَانِ بَعْدَ سَنَوَاتٍ. فَبَعْضُ الْبُلْدَانِ لَا تَبِيعُ قُمْصَانَهَا فِي كُلِّ مَكَانٍ. وَهُوَ عَاشَ فِي قَرْيَةٍ صَغِيرَةٍ، بَعِيدًا عَنِ الْمَحَلَّاتِ الْكَبِيرَةِ. وَسَاعَدَهُ جَامِعُو قُمْصَانٍ آخَرُونَ. وَطَه يُحِبُّ الْقُمْصَانَ الْقَدِيمَةَ أَكْثَرَ مِنَ الْجَدِيدَةِ، فَهِيَ تَحْكِي تَارِيخَ كُرَةِ الْقَدَمِ. الْبَرَازِيلُ مِنْ مُنْتَخَبَاتِهِ الْمُفَضَّلَةِ. لَكِنْ إِذَا ذَهَبَ إِلَى نِهَائِيِّ كَأْسِ الْعَالَمِ، فَسَيَلْبَسُ قَمِيصَ عُمَانَ.
Taha Al Khadhouri is from Rustaq in Oman, and he is thirty years old. He loves football, and he collects national team shirts. He has more than two hundred and ten shirts from all over the world. His love of football began when he was five years old. And one day, he received a gift: a Brazil national team shirt. The gift was from Ahmed Muftah, a TV presenter from Qatar. Taha says: this shirt changed everything. And he says: shirts are not just cloth; they are symbols of countries and their stories. Every shirt has colours and a badge, and every shirt has a story. Taha found some of the shirts after years. Because some countries do not sell their shirts everywhere. And he lived in a small village, far from the big shops. Other shirt collectors helped him. And Taha loves the old shirts more than the new ones, because they tell the history of football. Brazil is one of his favourite teams. But if he goes to a World Cup final, he will wear Oman’s shirt.
