آيِسْكْرِيمُ الْمَلَايْ فِي عَدَنَ

هَذَا آيِسْكْرِيمُ الْمَلَايْ مِنْ عَدَنَ. عَدَنُ مَدِينَةٌ فِي جَنُوبِ الْيَمَنِ. فِي عَدَنَ مَحَلَّاتٌ كَثِيرَةٌ لِلْآيِسْكْرِيمِ. لَكِنْ لِآيِسْكْرِيمِ الْمَلَايْ طَعْمٌ خَاصٌّ. يُحِبُّهُ النَّاسُ مُنْذُ سَنَوَاتٍ كَثِيرَةٍ. فِي حَيٍّ قَدِيمٍ مِنْ عَدَنَ مَحَلٌّ صَغِيرٌ. فِي الْمَحَلِّ طَاوِلَةٌ صَغِيرَةٌ. خَلْفَ الطَّاوِلَةِ رَجُلٌ كَبِيرٌ فِي السِّنِّ. هُوَ يَصْنَعُ الْآيِسْكْرِيمَ بِمَهَارَةٍ. الْمَحَلُّ قَدِيمٌ جِدًّا وَهُوَ مِنْ مَعَالِمِ عَدَنَ. مُكَوِّنَاتُ الْآيِسْكْرِيمِ بَسِيطَةٌ. هِيَ مَاءٌ وَسُكَّرٌ وَحَلِيبٌ. يَغْلِي الْحَلِيبُ وَقْتًا طَوِيلًا. فَتَظْهَرُ فِي الْأَعْلَى طَبَقَةٌ سَمِيكَةٌ. اسْمُ هَذِهِ الطَّبَقَةِ الْمَلَايْ. ثُمَّ يُجَمِّدُ الرَّجُلُ الطَّبَقَةَ فِي وِعَاءٍ مِنَ الْحَدِيدِ. وَحَوْلَ الْوِعَاءِ مِلْحٌ وَثَلْجٌ. فَتَصِيرُ الطَّبَقَةُ آيِسْكْرِيمًا. لِهَذَا الْآيِسْكْرِيمِ أَسْمَاءٌ مُخْتَلِفَةٌ. بَعْضُ النَّاسِ يَأْكُلُونَهُ مَعَ الرُّوتِي. وَالرُّوتِي نَوْعٌ مِنَ الْخُبْزِ. لِذَلِكَ مِنْ أَسْمَائِهِ آيِسْكْرِيمُ الرُّوتِي. وَفِي حَيٍّ آخَرَ مَحَلٌّ لِآيِسْكْرِيمِ الْمَلَايْ. هَذَا الْمَحَلُّ مَشْهُورٌ جِدًّا. النَّاسُ يَعْرِفُونَهُ فِي عَدَنَ وَخَارِجَهَا.

People know it in Aden and outside it.
