هَذِهِ كُنَافَةٌ مِنْ نَابُلُسَ. الْكُنَافَةُ حَلْوَى سَاخِنَةٌ وَفِيهَا جُبْنٌ أَبْيَضُ. نَابُلُسُ مَدِينَةٌ فِي فِلَسْطِينَ. يُسَمِّي النَّاسُ نَابُلُسَ عَاصِمَةَ الْحَلْوَى. وَكُنَافَةُ نَابُلُسَ مَحْبُوبَةٌ فِي كُلِّ الْبِلَادِ الْعَرَبِيَّةِ. فِي شَارِعِ النَّصْرِ مَحَلٌّ لِلْحَلْوَى. صَاحِبُهُ يَبْدَأُ الْعَمَلَ فِي الصَّبَاحِ الْبَاكِرِ. وَيَأْتِي إِلَيْهِ النَّاسُ مِنْ كُلِّ مَكَانٍ. صَاحِبُ الْمَحَلِّ يَصْنَعُ عَجِينَ الْقَطَائِفِ. هُوَ يَصُبُّ الْعَجِينَ السَّائِلَ عَلَى صَاجٍ سَاخِنٍ. وَهُوَ يَصْنَعُ الْقَطَائِفَ فِي رَمَضَانَ فَقَطْ. وَفِي نَابُلُسَ صَانِعُ حَلْوَى آخَرُ. هُوَ رَجُلٌ مُسِنٌّ. وَهُوَ يَصْنَعُ الْحَلْوَى مُنْذُ سَنَوَاتٍ كَثِيرَةٍ. هُوَ يَقِفُ خَلْفَ قُدُورٍ كَبِيرَةٍ. فِي الْقُدُورِ أَنْوَاعٌ مُخْتَلِفَةٌ مِنَ الْحَلْوَى. مِنْهَا الْعَوَّامَةُ وَهِيَ كُرَاتٌ حُلْوَةٌ مِنَ الْعَجِينِ. وَمِنْهَا مُعَجَّنَاتٌ بِالْجُبْنِ. يَشْتَرِي النَّاسُ حَلْوَى أَكْثَرَ فِي رَمَضَانَ. فِي رَمَضَانَ يَأْكُلُ النَّاسُ الْكُنَافَةَ مَعَ الْإِفْطَارِ. وَتَصْنَعُ الْمَطَاعِمُ أَيْضًا حَلْوَى كَثِيرَةً. فِي كُلِّ بَيْتٍ حَلْوَى فِي هَذَا الشَّهْرِ.

And among them are pastries with cheese. People buy more sweets in Ramadan. In Ramadan, people eat kunafa with iftar. Restaurants also make a lot of sweets. In every home there are sweets in this month.
