هَذَا شَايٌ مِنْ مُورِيتَانْيَا. هُوَ شَايٌ أَخْضَرُ. وَطَعْمُهُ حُلْوٌ. هُوَ مَشْرُوبٌ مُهِمٌّ فِي حَيَاةِ النَّاسِ. يَشْرَبُهُ النَّاسُ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ. نُوَاكْشُوطُ مَدِينَةٌ فِي مُورِيتَانْيَا. فِي نُوَاكْشُوطَ يَشْرَبُ النَّاسُ الشَّايَ فِي الْبُيُوتِ. وَيَشْرَبُونَهُ مَعَ الْعَائِلَةِ وَالْأَصْدِقَاءِ. وَيَتَحَدَّثُ الْأَصْدِقَاءُ مَعًا وَقْتَ الشَّايِ. تَحْضِيرُ هَذَا الشَّايِ يَحْتَاجُ إِلَى وَقْتٍ. صَانِعُ الشَّايِ يَغْسِلُهُ بِمَاءٍ سَاخِنٍ. ثُمَّ يَضَعُ الشَّايَ فِي إِبْرِيقٍ. وَيَضَعُ فِيهِ الْمَاءَ أَيْضًا. وَيُسَخِّنُ الْإِبْرِيقَ عَلَى الْفَحْمِ. يَغْلِي الشَّايُ قَلِيلًا. ثُمَّ يَصُبُّ الشَّايَ فِي الْكُؤُوسِ. وَيَصُبُّهُ مَرَّةً أُخْرَى. تَظْهَرُ رَغْوَةٌ فِي كُلِّ كَأْسٍ. الرَّغْوَةُ مُهِمَّةٌ فِي هَذَا الشَّايِ. يُسَخِّنُ صَانِعُ الشَّايِ الْمَشْرُوبَ مَرَّةً أُخْرَى. ثُمَّ يَضَعُ فِيهِ السُّكَّرَ وَالنَّعْنَاعَ. يُقَدِّمُ الشَّايَ سَاخِنًا فِي كُؤُوسٍ صَغِيرَةٍ. يَشْرَبُ النَّاسُ الشَّايَ فِي الصَّبَاحِ. وَيَشْرَبُونَهُ فِي وَقْتِ الرَّاحَةِ فِي الْعَمَلِ. وَفِي الشَّارِعِ يَبِيعُ الْبَاعَةُ الشَّايَ. وَفِي الْحَافِلَاتِ يَشْرَبُهُ الْمُسَافِرُونَ أَيْضًا.
