Meryem Belkihel is a young woman from Casablanca in Morocco, and she is twenty-seven years old. She is a sportswoman, and she loves adventures and travel very much. Meryem says: my family supports me, and this gives me strength. I come from a family that loves sport, and I have done sport since I was a child. Meryem travelled in her country for more than six years. She climbed the highest mountains of the Atlas, with snow on their peaks. And she crossed the High Atlas on foot. And she crossed the desert with a nomad. And she visited the most remote regions of Morocco by bicycle. And on foot she visited many other regions in the south-east of Morocco, like Tinghir and Imilchil. And in every region she got to know its own culture. And nothing stops her: not the heat, not the cold, not being alone, not the danger of the road.
