Palestine’s texts are rich in food and craft. The Sweets of Nablus is a first text about kunafa in the city people call the capital of sweets; Rukab Ice Cream in Ramallah tells the story of a family ice cream shop opened in 1941; and From the Home Workshop to the Soap Factory traces Nabulsi soap, which UNESCO added to its list of intangible heritage in 2024. Others visit the fields of Battir, a glass designer, the Palestinian Museum and language research at Birzeit.
